The static website of The Boat Charter Company is based on an elegant and contemporary web design. The site is dual language of Spanish and English where only textual content changes without having to reload any of the images.

The full page photo background static website of Cassa Torre Azul requested by the owner of a rental villa in Ibiza, Spain and was designed with the sole purpose of allowing villa rental clients access to the photos of this elegant, modern beautiful villa
The gallery page is very easy to navigate with popup moveable photos of the villa and a discounted yacht charter when booking both together or while staying at the villa.

Bellissima Ibiza - Beauty Agency & Property Rentals
When Bellissima Ibiza contacted Inhouse Designz seeking a solution to their problem of having two businesses wanting to share the same domain name, Inhouse Designz solution was a simple one of having an intro page listing Bellissima Beauty Agency and Bellissima Property. Although different types of sites were required they would share the domain name hosting and website hosting reducing overall cost.
You would be forgiven for thinking that a property rental site should be content managed and allow online booking as we suggested but Pedro, Bellissima Property Managing Director strictly forbade this as he put it, “customer service is not just a saying” “Its our policy” Having an online booking service takes you away from the customer and we want a web site to bring a better customer experience and not a faceless rental company with impersonal computer generated email responses.
With this in mind Bellissima Ibiza was created to give information on rental properties and Beauty services without any of the sales blab.

The Almar Guest House - Scarborough, website was designed and built around the owner’s request of an easy to navigate website that provided all the information of the guest house and activities surrounding Scarborough. They have a simple online booking facility as well as a direct contact allowing prospective guests the option of booking directly.
The static website with dynamic content allows the users to update special offers etc without the knowledge of any html coding, it’s just plain simple text that is formatted via css in the background.
